At Hugotero Clothing, we carefully inspect all orders before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are ONLY accepted if the error is on our part.
Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange
You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order ONLY if you received any of the following due to our mistake:
• Wrong item
• Wrong size
• Wrong color
• Item with factory defect or damaged upon receipt
As long as Hugotero Clothing is at fault, your request will be considered eligible.
Conditions for Eligibility
To qualify, the item must meet the following conditions:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Item must be in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached
• Request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange
The following are NOT eligible:
• Change of mind
• Wrong size or color selected by the customer
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Sale or promotional items
• Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please email us at:
within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Brief explanation of the issue
Our team will review your request and send further instructions if approved.
Shipping
• If the return or exchange is approved and the error is ours, Hugotero Clothing will shoulder the shipping cost
• If the issue is not due to our error, the request will be declined
Refunds & Exchanges
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
• Refunds will be sent to your original or preferred payment method
• Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is verified
